hello , there . first off , welcome to everdale ! we ' re glad to have you ! below , you ' ll find a few things that couldn ' t fit in the presentation .
 

okay , so ... hi . :3 how ya doin ' ? i ' m amber and i ' m the owner of everdale . this the second time everdale has been made a club - i was stupid and delted the first one . but now it ' s back and that ' s all that matters . when you enroll , you ' ll notice that you need to create a character . please do not include any personal information on your enrollment . it is a /character/ . with that said , here are a few things that must be said .
 
⚛ invite only cliques .

^ you see those two words up there ? invite . only . not omg make me an elite kai ? nah , that ' s not how it works . sorry . cliques aren ' t even posted until the third week in roleplay . so , uh , if you ask me " hey , amberrr . so , i was lyk wondering ... CAN I BE AN ELITE MAYB PLZ ?! " , i ' m going to reply with " haha , we ' ll see . " . but that obviously means " sorry , nah . " . please don ' t do that . :/ it ' s annoying .
 
⚛ perfect characters ;
 
no . just /no/ . your character isn ' t perfect , you ' re not perfect , i ' m not perfect . welcome to the real world . no , mary sue , your father isn ' t the inventor of the imac and you aren ' t dating harry styles and you don ' t have 3089740297342384 million dollars and you don ' t have an iphone 8 because that isn ' t real and none of that is real and we all have flaws . -_- sorry , i kind of got carried away there .
 
⚛ be realistic ;
 
our characters are fourteen and fifteen atm . they are not at a 18 + club sipping vodka . sorry not sorry . no bartender in their right mind would give a fourteen year old a glass of vodka . [ i said in their /right/ mind . some aren ' t . ]

So, you joined, you enrolled, you got put into a clique. Now, it's time to roleplay in the club. There's no better way to get your character out & about in Everdale than to roleplay. You make friends, make enemies, make drama, make conversation... Yeah.

In Everdale, always roleplay in paragraph form. Example-
 
I walk into the Starlets estate. Pushing open the door slowly, I catch a glimpse of the inside. Wow. I thought it would be bad moving here from the Exclusives, but I could already tell I was going to like it here. The door thuds shut as I walk through, giving myself a tour. As I pass the first bedroom, I think to myself about how I was degraded. No, this isn't good. This isn't okay. When Raina & Jezebel come back this semester, they'll be in the Exclusives. Exclusives... I sigh. It just sounds so much better than Starlets. Whatever. I'm stuck here now, whether it's a hellhole or not.

Then, you need an introduction-type thing at the beginning of all of your posts. Example: [This is actually the introductory heading I'm using for my character.]

You see? And that's how to make an introductory heading for your character. **
 
** Post the introductory heading before each & every post. Don't complain about this- it's easy to just copy & paste- & people won't forget your name or clique position. It's foolproof.

To roleplay in Everdale, you're going to have to have a character model. Yes, you /have/ to have a model representing your character. Now, I know that for more than half of you, the first word you'll type into the Polyvore search box is 'sitemodel'. NO. NO. NO. Don't do that. Please don't use a sitemodel making duck faces or peace signs at the camera. Instead, use legit models or celebrities. Want to use Miranda Kerr as your character model? How about Bonnie Wright? No problem, go ahead! But Kimmy Hays? No, sir. The only sitemodel that you can use is Emilie Voe. Seriously, that's the only exception. If you choose a 'sitemodel' other than Emilie Voe, you'll be asked to change it. The same thing will happen if you use the same character model as someone else. I hope this helps everyone! ~Amber
